Evaluation and monitoring of projects, programs and public policies
We design and implement monitoring systems with a view to continuously improving the processes of implementing projects and measures, either as a stand-alone device or as part of overall evaluation systems.
We carry out systematic evaluations, as well as specific evaluations of different phases of an intervention: needs assessment, process evaluation, effectiveness evaluation and impact evaluation.
Capacity building and technical assistance
We have the capacity to develop technical assistance and institutional capacity building for the introduction of public policy reforms, as well as for better performance in delivering the results of these policies.
We advise associations and charities to innovate in their work.
Sustainability
We have the skills to advise companies and organizations on corporate social responsibility. We work on the social pillar of environmental, social and governance (ESG) sustainability strategies.
Education, employment and vocational training
Education systems and employment systems are changing rapidly. We develop studies on these changes and the challenges they pose for policy planning and the positioning of social actors.
